  1. Hello. I have to produce some very urgent usb's which I need to upload 'confidential' data on them. Due to the very short timescales I have to purchase off the shelf sticks. My client has asked me to ensure the USB's are locked. I have been told that they cannot be locked because this has to be done at source. is this correct?

  4. Hi I've this 4GB flash drive and was using it fine until one day it suddenly become write protect and I'm unable to format it. I tried using the latest version of AlcorMP (131028) but it's not able to detect my flash drive, same result with the few older version till I found a version AlcorMP (130205.MD). This version is able to detect my flash drive (http://i.imgur.com/Ge80IPv.png) but is unable to fix it with a "30500 No support flash error" (http://i.imgur.com/01k6R0d.png).

Please help. Also I'm on Win 7 64-bit, does it make any difference?
